Swedish massage is a deep tissue massage helping to relax muscles, reduce stiffness/tension & improve circulation to give skin a radiant glow.  Pressure can be adapted to suit individual preference, however please note this massage is a deep tissue massage & is designed to work deep into the muscle.

Head/Scalp, Neck & Shoulder Massage | £40:  45 mins  

Essentially the same as an Indian Head Massage, however I have tailored the treatment for a much more indulgent & relaxing massage around the shoulders, deep into the neck & over the face.  Improves circulation by using pressure points & drainage techniques.  Helps to relieve headaches & sinus problems by bringing harmony to your mind, body & soul.

Hopi Ear Candles | £45: 45mins - 1hr: 

An extremely relaxing treatment that uses the candle as a chimney effect to help draw out ear wax lodged in the ear canal.  This treatment helps to relieve the build up of ear wax, helps with sinus congestion, sore throats, glue ear, rhinitis, tinnitus & is a safe alternative to syringing.  It will help to regulate ear pressure & bring about a lighter sensation in the head & ears. It induces deep relaxation, enhanced by the essential oils infused in the candle which turn to vapour & are drawn into the ear canal.  This treatment is completed with a facial massage, which will further encourage lymphatic drainage & enhance the effects of the treatment.

Reflexology | £50: 1 hr  

Deep pressure is applied to reflex points to relieve strain & promote overall well being, whilst I am working on one foot your other foot will remain cosy in a heated booty, driving the cream deeper into your feet for a complete luxurious feeling.  Reflexology is very beneficial for many ailments as well as being extremely relaxing.  A foot massage will complete this treatment to have you feeling like your walking on air.

Reiki | £50: 1hr 30 mins including consultation

Reiki is a complementary therapy that involves healing energy whilst working with the chakra's in the body to cleanse & unblock them.  Reiki will help to heal the root of the problem & bring a sense of peace & calm.  It is a deeply relaxing & uplifting treatment.  It is by no means a replacement for medical treatment, but can work really well alongside it.  All treatments will include crystal placement along with an affirmation card pull at the end of the session.  A detailed consultation will be given followed by time at the end to discuss the healing session.
