About Me

Hi I'm Charlotte Edwards the owner of Nails by Charl Eds & Charl Educates.

I am an Award winning Nail Technician & educator with over 20 years of industry experience. My work has been featured in leading nail magazines & I'm proud to have been a 3-time finalist for Gel Polish Stylist of the Year at the Scratch Stars Awards in 2022, 2023 & 2025. I have also been nominated for the Englands Business Awards in 2023 & 2026 & in The Top 50 best Gel Nails category.

Over the years I have built a successful business & loyal client base that books months in advance & now my passion is helping other nail techs achieve the same success.

Whether you're a complete beginner starting your journey or an established technician wanting to refine your skills, increase your confidence & grow your business, my training is designed to support you every step of the way.

Throughout my career I've worked in salons, health spa's & colleges before opening my own thriving nail business & training studio. I've also trained with some of the industries most respected educators & completed the prestigious CND™️ Bootcamp, later becoming a CND™️ Education Ambassador before stepping down to focus fully on building my own training.

My teaching style is honest, supportive & focused on real results. I share not only the techniques that have helped me to succeed, but also the lessons I learned along the way - helping you to avoid the mistakes & self doubt that can hold so many nail techs back.

Your manual & theory portion of your chosen course will be done through the learning platform, where you can complete each section in your own time before moving onto numerous demonstration videos I have created or attending your in person practical training day.

Mentoring Support

For 1-2-1 Mentoring, which is great if you'd like support in any area of your business, such as refreshing your skills in cuticle prep, mastering your gel application, Nail art techniques or business advice & support then this can be booked as a 3hr minimum or a full day (5hrs) directly through myself.
